If you DO know your current password:
While logged in to Eagle, hover over 'Account' in the top right corner
Select 'My Profile'
Enter your password in the 'Current Password' field
Enter your new password in the 'Password' and 'Password Confirmation'
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Update'
If you DON'T know your password:
Go to the Eagle login page: https://www.eagleagent.com.au/agent
Click the forgot password link
Enter your email address and click 'Submit'
You will be sent an email with instructions and a link to reset your password
