How to add/edit your property address in the listing details tab

A property address is used in many parts of the software including Addresses, Appraisals, Listings and Contracts. Follow the below steps to update the property address, even if you can't find the address in the database.

  1. Click into an existing listing or add a new listing, then select the 'Listing Details' tab

  2. Scroll down to the 'Property Address' section

  3. Start typing in the 'Address' bar and select the search result from Google, Eagle, RP Data or Pricefinder databases (RP Data and Pricefinder will only work if you have it integrated with Eagle).

  4. If you can't find your address, click the 'Details' button (located on the right side of the address). This will allow you to add a 'Unit' number, 'Street number', 'Street address' and 'Suburb'

  5. Once you have added those details, choose how you want this to display from the 'Display' menu. This will give you the option of advertising the 'Full Address' of the listing or the 'Suburb Only'. Please note, if you do select to display 'Suburb Only' this will be the way the listing displays on the portals you have pushed it to and also any brochure material you are generating through your Eagle account.

  6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click 'Save'

Watch the below video for an explanation on manually entering address details.
