What is the error?
The error shows as
Authority.value: Invalid commercial authority: "exclusive"
Authority.value: Invalid commercial authority: "open"
What causes the error?
The error is caused when there is no commercial authority set for the property.
How to fix it?
Go to the listing details tab
Scroll down to the Sale Details Section
Select an Authority for the property
