When adding a 'Price' to the property you are listing there are multiple options you can select from when it come to how you want to display that price.
The following will give you a breakdown of the options you can select from.
Price - This is a required field
All listings on major portals must contain a back-end price (Search Price). This figure forms the basis for sorting property results whenever a user conducts a price-restricted search via the portals. The mandatory Price field in Eagle is therefore what gets pushed to the portals to become this Search Price.
This can only be one price, not a price range and must be greater than $1,000.
This price gets used for price filtering both on portals and your Eagle website
It is also the 'Automation' trigger for when the 'Price' field is changed
Display Price
Can be used to advertise the price differently to the internal price.
Show actual price: Will show the price in the 'Price'field
Show text instead of price: Will display the text entered in the field. The text in this field will display exactly as written. Example: "Offers between $650,000 - $700,000".
Hide the price and display 'Contact Agent': Advertised price will show 'Contact Agent'
