When adding a 'Price' to the property you are listing there are multiple options you can select from when it come to how you want to display that price.

The following will give you a break down of the options you can select from.

Price - This is a required field

This can only be one price, not a price range and needs to be more than $1000.

  • This is the internal price for the property

  • This price used for price filters on portals and your Eagle website

  • It is also the 'Automation' trigger for when the 'Price' field is changed

Display Price

Can be used to advertise the price differently to the internal price.

Show actual price: Will show the price in the 'Price'field

Show text instead of price: Will display the text entered in the field. The text in this field will display exactly as written. Example: "Offers between $650,000 - $700,000".

Hide the price and display 'Contact Agent': Advertised price will show 'Contact Agent'

Watch the video below for an explanation on the difference of 'Price' and 'Display Price'
