A Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) is an examination of properties in a selected area, based either on sale or lease, and helps real estate agents determine the most comparative price on a property compared to similar properties in the surrounding area that have recently been sold or leased. PriceFinder and CoreLogic (RP Data) are the 2 companies that do provide a Comparative Market Analysis.
