Eagle allows you to export all different types of data from your database, including contacts, appraisals, addresses and more.

This article will give you instructions on how to export your full contact database or export a specific list of contacts. 

*Please note you will need to have been given access to importing/exporting by the account owner in order to complete the following steps.

To export your full contact database from your Eagle account

  1. From your 'CRM' go to the 'Contacts' tab

  2. Scroll to the bottom of the 'Contacts' page and select 'Download CSV'. 

  3. This will give you a new page with a loading bar. Please note that this request may take a few minutes if the database is quite substantial.

  4. Once the loading page is finished it will generate a .csv file with a list of your contacts.

How to Export using Contact 'Filters' and 'Groups'

You also have the ability to create a specific contact list rather than the full database by using Contact 'Filters', 'Groups' or a combination of these.

To do this

  1. From your 'CRM' go to the 'Contacts' tab.

  2. Choose the filter or group you wish to use for your contacts eg. Filter your contacts by 'User'.

  3. This will give you a drop down menu. Select the User from this menu and 'Find'

  4. You can continue to add further filters to this and/or select a contact group.

  5. Once you have filtered your contacts into the list you want to export, click the 'Select all' button at the top right hand side of your contact list.

  6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select 'Download CSV' 

  7. This will give you a new page with a loading bar. Please note that this request may take a few minutes if the database is quite substantial.

  8. Once the loading page is finished it will generate a .csv file with a list of your contacts.
