When creating a new listings for certain blocks of land, it can sometimes be hard to know which listing type to select from.
This article should help break down which listing type to select from depending on the type of land you are listing.
To add a Residential Block of Land
From the 'Listings' tab, select the drop down arrow next to the 'New Residential Sale Listing' button
This will give you a list of options. For a residential block of land select 'New Land Listing'
To add a Development Block of Land
From the 'Listings' tab, select the drop down arrow next to the 'New Residential Sale Listing' button
This will give you a list of options. For a development block of land select 'New Commercial Listing'
Once you have done that you will be taken to the 'Listing Details' tab. From here use the drop down menu for the 'Property Type (Primary)' and select 'Land/Development'
To add a Farming/Rural Block of Land
From the 'Listings' tab, select the drop down arrow next to the 'New Residential Sale Listing' button
This will give you a list of options. For a farming/rural block of land select 'New Rural Listing'
Once you have done that you will be taken to the 'Listing Details' tab. From here use the drop down menu for the 'Property Type' to select the option that is applicable to your listing
