Eagle allows you to create a variety of listing types you are able to advertise from your account.
This article will show you what to select to advertise an Off The Plan listing.
Firstly, to add an Off The Plan listing, from your 'Listings' tab, click the green button to add a 'New Residential Sale Listing'
This will then take you to a blank 'Listing Details' form.
From here, keep your 'Status' as 'Draft'.
Tick the 'Featured Property' box to feature this listing on the home page of your website (Eagle only).
Select a 'Property Type' from the drop down menu.
Then, in the 'Establish or Development' section, select 'Under Development' from the drop down menu.
Proceed to add the rest of the details to your listing as you normally would and once this becomes an active listing, it will be advertised as an 'Off The Plan' listing on the portals.
Please note, if you do not have a developer account with realestate.com.au you may receive a Portal Error stating; 'PayPerListing: Pay per listing, subscription does not allow free listing for category', in which case you will need to log into your realestate.com.au Agent Admin account and approve the charges for this listing.
