How do I know what my contacts will be receiving in the Automatic Campaign Emails?

When setting up an Automatic Campaign email, you are given multiple options of property groups to select from that can be included in the email you are sending. 

This article will give you a breakdown of what will be included when selecting a property group to include in your Automatic Campaign email. 

What will show when choosing the Properties that I want to display in my email?

Whose Listings? -  

You can choose from the following options:

  1. All Listings
    Every Listing in your account, according to the categories below.

  2. My Listings
    Every Listing in your account that has you as the First Listing Agent.

  3. Listings from My Office
    Every Listing in your office, according to the categories below.

  4. Listings from Offices I Select
    Selecting this option will give you a list of available Office options to choose from if you have more than one Office in your account.

Upcoming inspections for sale -  

If selected, this area will only show if there are 'Open' inspections added to at least one of your Sale listings.

Upcoming inspections for rent - 

If selected, this area will only show if there are 'Open' inspections added to at least one of your Rental listings.

Upcoming Auctions -

If selected, this area will only show if you have at least one listing with an upcoming Auction time.

Just listed for sale -

If selected, this will show any of your current For Sale listings that have had their status updated to 'Active' between the last email your contact received and the most recent email being sent to them.

Just listed for rent - 

If selected, this will show any of your current Rental listings that have had their status updated to 'Active' between the last email your contact received and the most recent email being sent to them.

Residential for sale -

If selected, this will show all of the Residential Sale listings that are currently 'Active' in your account.

For Rent -

If selected, this will show all of the Residential Rental listings that are currently 'Active' in your account.

Commercial Sale - 

If selected, this will show all of the Commercial Sale listings that are currently 'Active' in your account.

Commercial Lease -

If selected, this will show all of the Commercial Lease listings that are currently 'Active' in your account.

Land For Sale - 

If selected, this will show all of the Land listings that are currently 'Active' in your account.

Rural Properties For Sale -

If selected, this will show all of the Rural listings that are currently 'Active' in your account.

Under Offer - 

If selected, this will show any of your current listings that have had their status updated to 'Under Offer' between the last email your contact received and the most recent email being sent to them.

Recently Sold Properties - 

If selected, the initial email your contact receives will include the last 12 months worth of your 'Sold' listings and then every email they receive after that will include any listings sold between the last email they received and the most recent email being sent to them.

Recently Let Properties -

If selected, the initial email your contact receives will include the last 12 months worth of your 'Let' listings and then every email they receive after that will include any listings let between the last email they received and the most recent email being sent to them.

Please note - When setting up a new automatic email:

If Recently Sold Properties and/or Recently Let Properties are ticked, the email will include all the properties you have sold in the last 12 months when the email is sent to a contact the first time. From there on it will keep including any sold properties which have not been sent to the contact before.

The first email your contact receives from an Automatic Campaign will include the last 12 months worth of Listings selected under the 'What properties should be displayed in this email?' section.

For example:
If a client is receiving the Automatic campaign for the first time after you have ticked the Recently Sold checkbox, the client will receive all the properties you have sold in the last 12 months and then when the automatic campaign goes out the next time it will include any properties sold between the period of the first email Campaign sent and the second email Campaign sent.
