When you receive a portal error on a 'Sold' listings stating 'Listing Agent: It is not possible to update the listing agent once a listing is marked as sold' in your 'Portals' tab, this is advising that realestate.com.au are sending back an error that the listing agent has been changed after the listing has been marked as 'Sold'.
How to remove this error
As realestate.com.au do not allow for a change in listing agent once a property has been marked as 'Sold', they will not make any updates to this listing until this error has been rectified.
To rectify this, you will need to either change the listing agent back to the original first listing agent or contact the realestate.com.au support team on 1300 134 174 who may allow the change in special circumstances.
