How To

In Eagle, you can send a property via email to any of your contacts by following these steps:

  1. Click on a contact.

  2. Click the "Send an email" button.

  3. A popup will appear with the recipient prefilled.

  4. Click the "Properties" tab.

  5. Select the property or properties you want to email out.

Your Message

The "Email" tab is where the body of the email will be displayed above the property. In the provided example, the text 'Hi, Here is a property you may be interested in:' is a free text field.

Only One Property Selected

If you choose only one property in your email, it will be shown as a 'Feature Property' listing with a larger image, headline, and description.

Please note that by default, the email will use the 'Small Description for Stocklists' field. If that field is empty, the regular property description will be used instead.

Multiple properties selected

If you select two or more properties, they will be displayed in a grid layout, with two properties per row. The display will show the next upcoming inspection, or the headline if there are no inspections scheduled.

Recipients have the option to click on the property image, which will update their contact record in Eagle and direct them to the detailed listing on your website.
