One of the cool features of Eagle Software is that calendar invites can be sent out attached to inspection appointments.
Are you finding those calendar invitations are showing incorrectly in the persons calendar in a third party system or app?
First of all double check the inspection time is set correctly in Eagle Software.
The most common issue for this is simply that the third party system, software or app the recipient of the invite is using is not set to the right time zone OR is not importing the time zone correctly from the calendar invitation.
First of all have them check their time zone settings with the app/software AND if this is correct they will want to contact that software/apps support team and they should be able to resolve this for you.
