Add a Contract to a Listing

Looking to add a contract to a listing within Eagle Software?

Great news! You just got an offer on one of your listings, now you need to enter this into Eagle Software but you're not quiet sure how.

Look no further! There are three different methods of adding a contract to a listing. We will run you through each method, so you can find your favourite workflow.

Method 1 - Via Contracts

  1. Via the CRM tab within Eagle Software select Contracts

  2. At the top of your screen select + Add New Contract

  3. Select the property from the drop down selector

  4. Select Create new contract

  5. Complete contract details

  6. Select Save Contract

Method 2 - Via Listings Dashboard

  1. Via the CRM tab within Eagle Software select Listings

  2. Select the property the contract is for

  3. Select the Contracts tab

  4. Select Add New Contract

  5. Complete contract details

  6. Select Save Contract

Method 3 - Via Listing Status Change

  1. Via the CRM tab within Eagle Software select Listings

  2. Select the property the contract is for

  3. Select the Listing Details tab

  4. Change the status to Under Offer

  5. You will now see an option to Save and Add Contract, select this

  6. Complete contract details

  7. Select Save Contract
