Built into the Eagle system, is a set of group and by default, there are some actions that will caused contacts to be added to a group, and then later be moved to another group. This article explains which actions will have what effect.

Note: Actions can be changed by using Automations and in your particular account, due to the automations set up, there could be some differences to the below.

A contact is added to the group:

Buyer past - when contract is marked settled, and removed from Buyer group.

Vendor prospective - contact Selling enquiry created on following form https://www.eagleagent.com.au/agent/contacts/new_enquiry#/

Vendor - contact added as a Vendor on a sales listing, and removed from Vendor prospective.

Vendor past - when contract is marked settled, and removed from Vendor group.

Landlord prospective - contact Leasing enquiry created on following form https://www.eagleagent.com.au/agent/contacts/new_enquiry#/

Looking to rent - when contact enquires on or inspects a rental listing.
Tenant - when contact is added to an address as a tenant, and removed from Looking to rent.

Note: Actions can be changed by using Automations and in your particular account, due to the automations set up, there could be some differences to the below.
