This article explains how listings will behave when sending to REA and Domain relating to listing options of 'Under development or Established' and 'Is House and Land package'.
On realestate.com.au
Under development or Established: Will mark the listing as a New Construction or an Established property. Both appear in the 'Buy' section.
Is House and Land package: No - will send the listing, only to the 'Buy' section.
Is House and Land package: Yes - will send this listing to the 'New Homes' section. New Homes also appear in the 'Buy' section and a user can select to filter these listings out of their search results.
On domain.com.au
Under development or Established:
Established will send the listing to the 'Buy' section
Under development will send the listing to the 'New Homes' section and the 'Buy' section. Similarly to realestate.com.au, a user can select to filter these listings out of their search results.
Is House and Land package: No or Yes. Has no bearing on a listing domain.com.au.
