Eagle gives you the ability to generate Labels for your Letters via a Campaign.

First, you will need to purchase the following Avery Label type to print the labels:

Avery L7163GU (14 labels per sheet)

To generate the Labels, navigate to Marketing>Campaigns>New Letter Campaign.

Create the Campaign as you normally would:

  1. Select the Groups for the Labels in Step 1

  2. Confirm Recipients in Step 2

  3. Add the Content for the Letter in Step 3 (if you also need to print Letters from Eagle to be sent with the labels) or you can skip this step and go directly to Step 4 (Download).

  4. Under the 'Select contacts' area, you can choose to print the labels for all Contacts that you have added into the Campaign in Step 1/2 or also click into this field to manually select one or more Contacts to print labels for.

  5. Once you have 'All Contacts' or your selected Contacts chosen, you can then click on the green 'Download Labels' button.

  6. A PDF file of the labels will be generated that you can then print as needed.

Keeping the 'Only contacts with addresses' section ticked will make sure labels are generated only for those Contacts in your database that have addresses added into their records.

Note: To add addresses into your Contact records, you can go into the Contact and click on 'Edit this Contact' on the right hand side.
