Before you are able to use the Eagle Caller ID Mobile app to it's full extent there will need to be certain permissions allowed on your device.

Firstly, you'll need to allow the Eagle Caller ID Mobile app to access your Calls and Call Logs. These will be options that are presented upon Logging in for the first time. Then you'll be taken to a screen where you'll need to grant the "Appear on Top" permission for the App itself.

If you accidentally back out of this screen before you set the permission, there are instructions below on how you can access it again.

Accessing the "Appear on top" permission on your device:

To access the "Appear on top" permission settings for your device you'll need to:

1. Make your way to "Settings".
2. Scroll down until you come to the "Apps" menu.
3. Scroll down until you find "EagleCallerID" and select this.
4. Select option named "Appear on top".

5. Enable this and you're on your way!
