In order to help users do more with their potential tenants, Eagle offers a rating system that helps agents internally manage and categorize their tenants. Using this feature Eagle users can pick and choose what groups they target.

What are Tenant Ratings

In the Applications tab of Leasing, you can click on an applicant and give them a rating. This associates an applicant with one of the available ratings which can be later used to group potential tenants and allow users to contact groups separately.

You have an option to give a rating from some of the available ratings in Eagle. These are Unrated, Blacklisted, Bad, Ok, Good and Great. Once you set a rating, it'll only be visible for you and any users enlisted on the account only for internal use.

Utilising Tenant Rating

After you've set a tenant rating, one of the things you can do is search your Contacts using filters. [explain how to access that filter - what it's called]

We can then go ahead and do a myriad of things with this selected group, such as send an email campaign or even use it in your automation steps.

Just a few examples of what you could do using Eagle's Tenant Rating function.
