How to utilise the Eagle Mobile App to have better control over enquiries

As an agent, it is most likely that you are going to be bombarded and inundated with enquires from people regarding almost anything. As overwhelming as this might be, using Eagle can help streamline the process and better help you manage your enquiries.

Accessing your Enquiries

If you press the 3-bar tab to the dropdown list and then press on enquiries, it will take you to a page detailing all enquiries. There are a few tabs to choose from, those being mine, unassigned, assigned and done. The mine tab will show you all enquiries relating to you, unassigned will show all enquiries that are not currently assigned to any agent, assigned all enquiries assigned to any agent and the done tab will detail all completed enquiries.

If you further click on an enquiry, you'll be able to see all the details regarding an enquiry. These would include all contact details, the property related to it and any internal notes. You also have the option to call any contact that is on or related to the enquiry, send them an SMS or email and even assign the enquiry to another agent. The last option is to mark the enquiry as done. If the enquiry is already marked as done, there will be an option to move the enquiry back to your inbox, where you can manage who is assigned to it.

The Unassigned tab and Assigned tab will display all the enquiries unassigned to anyone and active enquiries assigned to an agent respectively.
