As an agent, finding interested clients is a necessity. To make it easier for agents to find contacts, Eagle has a system in place to find interested contacts that would otherwise go unseen which is available to see in the marketing module within Eagle.

What is an under the radar contact?

If you ever send an email or SMS in Eagle as part of a marketing campaign, Eagle keeps track of how many times any given contact has opened or clicked on a link within that campaign. If you also have a website with Eagle, it tracks the number of website visits made by that contact. All these factors are taken into consideration and an activity score is calculated and placed against that contact record.

If the contact's activity score is above 30 and they have not sent through any enquiries, offers, emails or attended any inspections in the last 14 days they will be added to your contact database as an under the radar contact.

The way we figure out activity score is by adding certain values to an action that a client can perform. For example, clicks on a link within the message itself are worth 9, opening the message itself is worth 3 and if the contact browses an Eagle made website through a link within the sent message, that is worth 1. If a contact performs enough of these actions such that the activity score is above 30 and they have not sent any enquiries or messages and have not attended any inspections, they will be considered an under the radar contact.

For example, if a certain contact has clicked on a link within your campaign message 4 times, or alternatively if a contact has clicked onto the campaign message itself 10 times and have not sent through any enquiries, offers, emails or attended any inspections in the last 14 days they will be added to your contact database as an under the radar contact.

Once a contact has been grouped as an under the radar contact, they will be shown on the dashboard under the marketing tab of your CRM. Here, you can see them and get in touch if needed.
