Tasks have moved to the Activity Feed

Previously, tasks were shown in the right sidebar when viewing a contact, listing, appraisal etc.

With the introduction of the new activity feed, tasks have now been moved inside the activity feed. There are a number of advantages of having tasks in the activity feed including:

  • View and click through to all associations of the task

  • See who created the task (whether that is another user or an automation)

  • The task shows within the timeline of the activity feed based on it's due date (or at the top if overdue)

  • Once a task has been completed, instead of disappearing it continues to show in the activity feed as completed so you can refer to it later

  • Using the Tasks tab, you can see all tasks in timeline order (including completed tasks)
