Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is a security process that requires users to provide two different ways to verify themselves when logging in. We strongly recommend using 2FA as it provides a much higher level of security and makes it significantly more difficult for someone to gain access to your account.

How to setup 2FA with Google Authenticator

  1. Go to 'My Profile'

  2. Set your 'Secret question', scroll down and click 'Update'

  3. In My Profile, click the 'Enable Authenticator 2FA' button

  4. Follow the prompts on page to download Google Authenticator (or you can use your preferred authenticator app)

  5. Open Google Authenticator, click the plus icon and scan the QR code

  6. Enter the code provided from Google Authenticator and click 'Submit'

  7. All done! You'll be prompted to verify via Google Authenticator every 30 days on each device you login to Eagle with.

How does it work?

After you login with your email and password, you'll be prompted to enter a one-time code to successfully login. You'll only need to verify with 2FA every 30 days per device.

Authenticator verification - The one-time code can be obtained from your authenticator app on your mobile phone.
