Using Pipelines and Deals requires the optional Pipelines module
Pipelines are a great way to track leads and close deals. Eagle comes with a suite of default pipelines which you can use or alternatively you can create your own. For more information about how you can use Pipelines, please see our release note here.

How to create a pipeline
Navigate to the Pipelines section in the left main menu
In the top right corner, click the dropdown arrow (next to 'Edit pipeline') and click 'Create pipeline'
Give your new pipeline a name, create the stages and set your sharing settings
Click 'Save Pipeline'. Your new pipeline is now ready to start creating deals!
How to edit a pipeline
Navigate to the Pipelines section in the left main menu
In the top right corner, click the 'Edit pipeline' button
You can update the pipeline name and sharing settings within the 'Pipeline' tab and the pipeline stages in the 'Pipeline Stages' tab
How to create a deal
Navigate to the Pipelines section in the left main menu
In the top right corner, click the 'Create Deal' button
Enter the name of your deal, the deal value, the expected close date, the pipeline and stage, sharing settings and any associations
Click 'Add Deal' to create the new deal
How to view and manage deals

You can view and manage your deals visually in the pipeline screen:
Drag and drop the deal to move deals to another stage
Hover over the deal card to view the dropdown to either Edit or Delete the deal
Hover over any association icon to display the tool tip for that association record
Click through to any associations of the deal
Click on the deal card to view the main Deal screen

Access the deal screen by clicking on a deal in the main pipelines screen. Use the deal screen to work on and progress a deal:
View the activity feed for the deal
Add notes to the deal
Send emails, SMS or letters to deal contacts
Create and manage deal tasks
Create and manage deal events
View and click through to all associations of the deal
How to delete a pipeline
To delete a pipeline, click the Edit pipeline button when viewing a pipeline, and under the edit screen of a pipeline, you will see a Delete Pipeline button.
Do note that you need relevant User Permissions to delete a pipeline and deleting a pipeline will also delete all the pipeline stages and pipeline deals associated with that pipeline.
