Propps is a digital offer management platform that makes it easy to receive and manage offers.
How to setup the Propps integration
In Eagle, go to Settings > Integrations
Scroll down to the ‘Propps’ section and click Setup
Use the dropdown to select the account or office you’d like to connect
Click the ‘Connect to Propps’ button
After clicking ‘Connect to Propps’, allow up to 2 business days for your free Propps account to be created and synced with Eagle
How the Propps integration works
After following the steps outlined above to setup the Propps integration, the following integration will be set up for you.
Propps Essentials (free plan)
The integration with Propps Essentials includes everything to receive offers.
Website - A 'Make an offer' button is added to each property on your Eagle website which buyers can click to submit their offer.
If you don't have an Eagle website, contact Propps ([email protected]) to provide you with embed code that you can forward to your website developer.
Automation emails - A 'Make an offer' link is added to your sales inspection attendee automation email/SMS. After inspecting the property, buyers are automatically sent a link where they can submit their offer.
When an offer is submitted through Propps, it automatically creates the Offer in Eagle. You will also receive an email from Propps with the offer details.
Propps+ (paid plan)
The integration with Propps+ includes everything to receive offers PLUS tools to manage offers.
Includes everything in Propps Essentials integration plus:
Enhanced offers - Offers in Eagle are enhanced with Propps offer data
Propps tab - On listings, a new Propps tab allows you to manage your offers in Eagle using Propps+ features, so you don't have to log into Propps separately
