The 'Last contacted' filter on addresses allows you to easily find addresses where you have not had any contact 'with the address' in a specified period of time.

This should not be confused with a contact's 'last contacted' date, which can also be filtered on in addresses by using the Owner > Last contacted filter which you can use to find addresses based on when an owner of that address was last contacted.

The address last contacted filter looks for the most recent occurrence of one of the below activities on the address and then returns any addresses where the date of the most recent occurrence falls within the set filter criteria:

  • Email sent

  • Emailed logged

  • Automation email

  • SMS sent

  • SMS logged

  • Automation SMS

  • Call logged

  • Meeting logged

  • Letter logged

  • Enquired

  • Inspection

  • Offered

  • Manually added note

eg. You can filter addresses based on 'last contacted in the last 90 days' and the returned list of addresses will have had at least one of the above mentioned activities occur most recently in the last 90 days.

Example of when to use the Address > Last contacted filter

Let's say you want to stay in contact with all addresses in your area every 6 months.

If you filter by the owners 'last contacted' date (Address > Owner > Last contacted more than 6 months ago), it will return results for addresses where you have spoken to an owner of an address in that time period. This means you may get addresses in the results where you have already spoken to one owner but not another owner in that time period.

If you filter by the address 'last contacted' date (Address > Last contacted more than 6 months ago), it will only return addresses where there as not been any contact with any owners in that time period, which may be more suitable for prospecting.
