This article is going to cover how to push a Let property in Eagle to Property Tree so a tenancy can be created and managed.

You can identify residential rental properties that has synced from Property Tree by the tag, Property Tree.

You can continue with the normal workflow of uploading to portals, capturing enquiries, arranging inspections and managing tenant applications.

Once you have a successful tenant, in the Listing Details tab, change the status from Active to Let.

Enter the following information to the Let property.

  • Let Date

  • Successful Tenant/s

  • Lease price

  • Lease duration

You are now ready to push a new tenancy information to Property Tree.

Tick the checkbox Push Tenancy to Property Tree and click Save.

You will be redirected to the Push Tenancy to Property Tree page where you will be required to enter mandatory details for the tenancy to successfully be created in Property Tree.

Note. Charge Property Fees option.

This option should be selected when Property Fees with an event type of New Tenancy are to be charged.

Once entered, click Push. The tenancy will then be created in Property Tree.
