Learn how to use the AI Feature Finder to identify Property Features and Property Styles associated with Residential sales listings.

Before importing Property Features and Property Styles, listing images must be uploaded as this feature will trigger the images to be sent to OpenAI to obtain the relevant Property Features and Property Styles.

Navigate to the Property Details page of a Residential sales listing and click Use AI Feature Finder.

If you agree to the disclaimer, click Generate Using AI.

Once the Property Features and Property Styles have been generated, select which apply then click Add Features.

Click Save on the Property Details page once finished.
