Adding trust transactions to reflect advertising funding

In the case where your Vendor has agreed to arrange for funding as a loan to pay for their advertising campaign (E.g. from CampaignAgent), it's important to ensure this is accurately reflected as trust transactions and on the account summary.

If the Advertising funds are received into your trust account

  • From the advertising tab of the Contract, scroll down and click 'Create Receipt' and complete the fields etc to add the trust receipt.

Paying the Advertising funds to your business account (to pay suppliers)

  • From the same Advertising tab of the Contract, click on '+ Pay Supplier From Trust'.

Paying the lender the Advertising funds + their fee from the deposit being held

  • Click on the Trust Transactions tab of the Contract

  • Click on 'Add Payment'
