We wish to inform you of an upcoming scheduled maintenance for our MRI Eagle

CRM.

Maintenance Status: Completed

What are we doing?

We will be conducting maintenance from 6:00 PM AEDT on 12th October to 12:00 PM AEDT on 13th October. This maintenance will be performed using the database vacuum method, which is designed to clean up and optimise the database by reclaiming unused storage.

Why are we doing it?

This maintenance will free up approximately 25% of database storage, leading to faster query responses and a smoother overall experience when using the software. The optimisation ensures better long-term performance, so your workflow can continue to run efficiently. No data will be lost or impacted beyond the temporary downtime.

What is the impact of this update?

During the maintenance window, the following services will be unavailable:

  • The CRM platform

  • Hosted websites

  • Mobile app

  • API

Additionally, critical processes such as:

  • Enquiry importing

  • Bulk mailouts

  • Inspection flows

will be disrupted. We recommend taking the necessary steps to plan for this downtime and minimise the impact on your operations.

What Can You Do?

To prepare for this maintenance, we suggest:

  • Log your enquiries manually: Keep a note of any enquiries during the downtime and enter them into the CRM once the system is back online.

  • Avoid organising inspections during the maintenance window: If possible avoid organising inspections during this time.

  • Record inspection attendees elsewhere: Use a temporary method to track inspection attendees and add them to the CRM afterward.

  • Schedule bulk mailouts in advance: If you have important communications, schedule your mailouts before the downtime or after services are restored.

  • Prepare for data input: Any tasks involving CRM data entry, like lead management or property updates, can be prepared beforehand to minimize post-maintenance workload.

Summary

We appreciate your understanding and patience during this scheduled maintenance. The improvements made during this window will ensure that our platform continues to meet your business needs efficiently and effectively. Should you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to our support team.
