Managing addresses allows you to select them for your focus area and create tasks or perform actions for those addresses. All addresses in your database within the prospecting area will be displayed by default. You can create a smaller focus area within the prospecting area to see addresses not in your database that are indicated by a red pin.

To manage addresses in your focus area:
Go to: CRM tab > Select Prospecting from the left-hand side menu
Click the My Focus Areas tab
Select a prospecting area from the list
On the Map View tab, zoom into the area to see the addresses in your database
Create a smaller polygon focus area:
Click on the polygon icon from the top right corner of the map
Plot a polygon within your prospecting area:
Click on a location
Drag the cursor and click on the next location
Continue plotting your area until it forms a complete polygon
Note: The limit of the number of addresses covered in your area is 1,500. You must plot a smaller area within your prospecting area to display the addresses.

To add an individual address to your list of addresses:
Zoom in the focus area you created
A red address location icon means the address has not yet been added to your database.
Click on the red address location icon you want to add
On the popup, click the Add Address button
This will add the address to the List View tab and the Addresses page.

Map View is an easy way to see and select properties on a map. It allows you to perform actions such as adding notes, sending emails, SMS, and letters, and adding tasks, events, inspections, and deals.
To manage an address:
Click the pin on an address within the map
Click on an icon for a designated action
Each icon on the popup represents tasks to perform such as sending notes, emails, sms, letters, adding tasks, inspections and deals.

The List View provides a simplified display of all the addresses selected within the smaller polygon in Map View.

To manage addresses in List View:
Click the List View tab
Select an address from the list
You will be taken to the Activity tab of the selected address's page. From here, you can manage all tasks related to the address, from adding the owner’s details to adding tenants and a deal. On the right side, you can perform further actions, such as editing, adding ownership, tenancy, tags, and even automation. Once done, you can view the details of the address on CRM > Addresses.

To add a filter:
Click the List View tab
Click + Add Filter
Search or select a filter from the drop down
Click Done for each filter you add
You will be given a list of addresses depending on the filters you used.
You may select addresses by clicking the menu icon for each address
Depending on the task, you may assign bulk actions to the selected addresses by clicking either Assign, Add Tag or Remove Tag

To choose the columns you want to display in the List View tab:
Go to: CRM tab > Select Prospecting from the left-hand side menu
Select either My Focus Areas or All Focus Areas
Select a focus area from the list
Select the List View tab
Click Columns
On the popup, search and click the columns you want to be displayed
In the Displayed columns, reorder the columns by dragging them
Click Save

To edit an address in your prospect area:
Go to: CRM tab > Select Prospecting from the left-hand side menu
Click My Focus Areas or All Focus Areas
Select a prospect area from the list
Select either the Map View tab or the List View tab
Select an address you want to edit
In the address’s page, click Edit this address in the upper right corner
Enter the details
Select from the Property Type field dropdown to display the property type in the List View tab
Scroll down and click Save Address
