To import enquiries from Rent.com.au, you will need to setup Email to Eagle sync.
Once Email to Eagle sync is setup, your rent.com.au enquiries and contacts will import automatically to Eagle.
If it isn't working, try these steps:
Make sure that you are using Eagle to push to Rent.com.au
Make sure that the email address of your agent profile matches the email address you have synchronised with Eagle
Check your Rent.com.au settings to ensure that your enquiry notifications are going to the email address you have synchronised with Eagle
