Permissions allow the account owner to manage which areas of the software that users can view/access and manage. For example, how to control contact visibility.
There are a range of permissions that can be configured to ensure you can grant the appropriate permissions to your users. Note that only account owners or users with User permissions enabled can manage other users.

The below outlines all possible permissions that can be ticked/enabled:
Users:
User can manage all users permissions/account access
Trust Accounting:
User can view and manage the Trust Accounting module
Website:
User can view and manage the Website back-end (where website is provided by Eagle)
Contacts:
Find or Create Contacts: The User can create contacts, and search/view contacts belonging to them or being shared with them.
Manage contacts: The user can edit all contacts they have access to
Full access to all contacts, even contacts that belong to other users.
Import/Export: The user can download a PDF or CSV of the database. The user can also Import Contacts using the Data Import tool.
Create, Edit or Delete Contact Groups: The user can manage the contact groups for the entire account.
Listings
View listings (except owner contact details): User can view all listings, subject to Allowed Listing Types (see below)
View owner contact details: User can see the Owner’s details of all listings they can view
Manage own listings: User can view and manage listings where they are the listing agent (requires Agent Profile and User to be linked)
Manage listings: User can manage all listings they can view, subject to Allowed Listing Types (see below)
Manage Portal Pushing: User can access the Portals tab of a ListingAllowed Listing Types
Residential Sales: User can access Residential Sale and Land listings, subject to Listing permissions (see above)
Residential Rentals: User can access Residential Rental and Holiday Rental listings, subject to Listing permissions (see above)
Rural: User can access Rural listings, subject to Listing permissions (see above)
Commercial & Business: User can access Commercial and Business listings, subject to Listing permissions (see above)
Listing Agents
Only their own agent profile: User can attach only their own Agent Profile to a listing
All agents: User can attach any agents to a listing (only applies if the user can manage the listings)
Addresses
Manage addresses: User can manage unassigned Addresses, their own Addresses and Addresses that they have access to view
Full access to all addresses, even addresses that belong to other users: User can view and manage all Addresses
Appraisals
Manage appraisals: Users can manage unassigned Appraisals, their own Appraisals and Appraisals that they have access to view
Full access to all Appraisals, even appraisals that belong to other users: User can view and manage all Appraisals
Projects
Manage projects: User can manage unassigned Projects, their own Projects and Projects that they have access to view
Full access to all projects, even projects that belong to other users: User can view and manage all Projects
Tasks
Full access to all Tasks, even tasks that belong to other users: User can view and manage all tasks
Notes
Full access to all Notes, even notes that belong to other users: User can view and manage all Notes
Calendar
Manage calendar: User can manage the Calendar and events they have access to view
Full access to all calendars, even events that belong to other users: User can manage the Calendar and all events
Contracts
Manage own contracts: User can manage unassigned Contracts, their own Contracts and Contracts that they have access to view
Manage all contracts: User can manage all Contracts
Commissions(incomplete)
View Own Commissions: User can view their own Commission on Contracts and generate their own Agent Commission report
View All Commissions: User can view all Commissions on Contracts and generate their own Agent Commission and full Office Commission report
Manage Commissions: User can view and manage all Commissions on Contracts and generate their own Agent Commission and full Office Commission report
Invoices
Manage: User can view and manage all Invoices
Marketing
Manage Marketing: User can manage all Campaigns they have access to view
Manage Repeating Campaigns: User can manage all Automatic Campaigns they have access to view
Manage Email Designs: User can manage Email Designs they have access to view
Full access to all campaigns, even campaigns that belong to other users: User can view and manage all Campaigns
Brochures
Manage: User can manage and generate Brochures, Stocklists and Booklets
TVs
Manage: User can manage TVs
Custom Fields
Manage: User can manage Custom Fields
SMS
Send Individual SMS: User can send an individual SMS from a contact record
Send Bulk SMS: User can send bulk SMS campaigns via the Marketing module
Setup SMS in automation: User can add SMS as a step in an Automation
Agents
Manage Own Agent Profile: User can manage their own Agent Profile
Manage: User can manage all Agent Profiles
Admin
Manage Own Automations: User can manage their own Automations
Manage Global Automations: User can manage office wide Automations
Manage Settings: User can manage Account Settings
Manage Letter Templates: User can manage Letter Templates
