Eagle allows you to generate multiple options of printable marketing material from your account such as; 'Window Card' brochures, DL Flyers, Stocklists and Booklets.
This article will give you instructions on how to generate a Property/Stock List from menu options or to create your own list using property filters.
How to access Property/Stock List
Click the 'Brochures' tab from the menu options on the left hand side of your screen.
Then select 'Window Cards & Stocklists'
From this page you will have the option to generate 'Window Cards' on the left side of your screen and 'Property Lists' on the right hand side.
The 'Property List' section will have the available options for 'Custom property list', 'Sales property lists' and 'Rental property lists'.
To generate Sales Property Lists
To generate a 'Sales Property Lists' simply select the list you want to create from the following list of options;
To generate Rental Property Lists
To generate a 'Rental Property Lists' simply select the list you want to create from the following list of options;
To generate a Custom Property List
To generate a 'Custom Property Lists';
Click the 'Custom Property List' button.
This will give you a new screen with a list of filtering options available such as; Agents, Office (if applicable for your account), Project (if applicable for your account), Tags, Order by (which order you want these to display in), Listing type, Status, Property Type, Bedrooms, Price, Bathrooms, Rent, Land Size, Suburbs and Land size unit
Once you have applied your filters, click 'Filter properties'
This will show you all the listings in your account matching these filters. Untick any you don't wish to include.
Once you have created your list, go to 'List Name' and give this a title.
Then 'Generate Brochure'.
