Eagle allows you to generate multiple options of printable marketing material from your account such as; 'Window Card' brochures, DL Flyers, Stocklists and Booklets.
When generating a 'Window Card' brochure, you will have the following list of default templates available in your account;
This article will give you instructions on the areas in your Eagle account you are able to generate your 'Window Card' brochures.
Generating a Window Card from the Brochures tab
Generating a Window Card from the 'Brochures' tab will allow you to create multiple brochures at once for any of your 'Active', 'Sold' and 'Leased' listings.
From the CRM tab select 'Brochures' from the left hand side menu.
This will give you two options, 'Window Cards & Stocklists' or 'Booklets'. Select 'Window Cards & Stocklists'
From here you will see an area on the left hand side of your screen for 'Window Cards'.
Click on the 'Select properties' box and you will be given a list of all of your 'Active', 'Sold' and 'Leased' listings. Select one or multiple properties from this list (start typing the address of the property you are looking for to make searching easier).
Once you've selected your properties, select a brochure template from the drop down menu.
Click 'Generate Brochures' and this will generate a PDF of the brochures for you.
Generating a Window Card from the Listings tab
This can be useful as it will allow you to create individual brochures for any of your listings, including 'Draft' and 'Off Market' listings which is not an available option from the 'Window Cards & Stocklists' tab.
To generate a Window Card from the Listings tab;
From the CRM tab select 'Listings' from the left hand side menu.
Find the listing you wish to create your brochure for.
On the right hand side of your listing, you will see a blue bar saying 'Brochure'.
Click the button and this will give you a drop down menu of template options you can select from.
Select the template you wish to use and the brochure will start to generate a PDF of your brochure for you automatically.
Generating a Window Card from within a Listing
To generate a Window Card from within a Listing;
From the CRM tab select 'Listings' from the left hand side menu.
Click on the listing you want to create a brochure for.
Once in the listings 'Dashboard', click on the 'Marketing' tab.
At the top of the 'Marketing' page you will see a button to 'Download Brochure'. Click the button and this will give you a drop down menu of template options you can select from.
Select the template you wish to use and this will start to generate of PDF of the brochure for you automatically.
