In your Eagle account you will have the following list of default brochure templates available to you;
This article will show you an example of the how the 'Classic' brochure template will display and advise roughly how much text can fit in your brochure description to give you the best results.
Classic (4 photos, logo on top) brochure
*If you have uploaded a floorplan for this listing, that will generate with your brochure so you will have the ability to print that on the back of the page.
Adding your brochure description
From the CRM tab select 'Listings' from the left hand side menu.
Find the listing you wish to create your brochure for and click on the listing address to edit it.
Once in your listing, go to the 'Images, Docs & Copy' tab.
Scroll to the 'Listing Copy' section of the page.
Under the 'Description' you will see a button called 'Advanced Descriptions'. Click this button and you will be given two new areas, a 'Small Description For Stocklists' and a 'Description For Brochures'.
Add your descriptions to the dedicated sections, then scroll to the bottom of the page and 'Save'.
How much text will fit in the 'Classic' brochure template?
Characters per line: 70
Maximum rows of text: 7
Note: If your headline wraps over 2 lines it will reduce the lines of text available.
