To find the "Header and Footer" setup tab click "Settings" -> "Letters" -> "Header and Footer".

Within this tab, you will see multiple fields to aid you in the setup.

  • Margin top (cm) - Sets the distance from the top border of the page in centimeters that your header will display.

  • Margin bottom (cm) - Sets the distance from the bottom border of the page in centimeters that your footer will display.

  • Margin left (cm) - Sets the distance from the left border of the page in centimeters that your header and footer will display.

  • Margin right (cm) - Sets the distance from the right border of the page in centimeters that your header and footer will display.

  • Text margin (cm) - Sets the distance from either border of the page in centimeters that text will display within your header and footer

  • Header - The text/images/details that you will display at the top of your letter.

  • Footer - The text/images/details that you will display at the bottom of your letter.

You have the ability to set your own margins, or you can use the standardized margins already set within Eagle.

In both Header and Footer, you can insert text, images and tables depending on your needs. An example of this can be seen below for a header configured within Eagle that uses both image and text within a table:

And a footer that uses just basic text within a table:

You can add both your Header and/or Footer into a letter template by checking the respective tick boxes within the "Send a Letter' tab when needed.

Additional details on adding and uploading images can be found here.
