About Eagle Caller ID
When you receive a call, miss one, or place a call with a contact in your database, Eagle Caller ID will show a notification popup with crucial information about that contact. The information displayed in the popup includes:
name
photo
contact groups
spouse
ownerships
tenancies
listings they have inquired about, inspected or offered on
Tap the notification to view the contact in the main Eagle CRM app, or tap one of the buttons to take action, such as calling back or logging a call.
Set up Eagle Caller ID on Android
Download the EagleCRM mobile app and set up your account. To set up your Caller ID on Android:
Install the Eagle CRM app on your phone
Once installed, tap EagleCRM
Enter your email > Tap Continue
Enter your password > Tap Login
On the Dashboard screen, tap the Menu icon in the upper left corner
Tap Settings at the bottom of the menu
Tap Caller ID
On the Settings-Caller ID screen, you may enable the following:
Incoming caller ID - This displays a notification with contact information when you receive or miss an inbound call from a contact in your database
Outgoing contact info - This displays a notification with contact information when you place a call to a contact in your database
Prompt to log calls - This prompts you to log a call note after a phone call finishes with a contact in your database
Tap Incoming caller ID
To enable Eagle Caller ID, on the pop-up, you can set EagleCRM as your default caller ID:
Tap Eagle CRM as a default app > Tap Set as default
Tap Outgoing contact info
Tap Eagle CRM as a default app > Tap Set as default
Tap Prompt to log calls
To sync your data, tap Sync Now
