The Eagle Caller ID mobile app allows you to know who is calling without having to add or sync contacts to your phone.

How to setup Eagle Caller ID

  1. Download Eagle Caller ID from the Google Play store (iOS version coming soon)

  2. Login using the same credentials you use on the desktop

  3. Enable the required permissions (click here for help with enabling permissions)

  4. Switch on the caller ID options you'd like to use:

    1. Incoming caller ID - Displays a notification with contact information when you receive or miss an inbound call from a contact in your database

    2. Outgoing contact info - Displays a notification with contact information when you place a call to a contact in your database

    3. Prompt to log calls - Prompts you to log a call note after a phone call finishes with a contact in your database

How Eagle Caller ID works

When you receive a call, miss a call or place a call to a contact in your database, Eagle Caller ID will show a notification popup with key information about that contact. Information displayed in the popup includes:

  • name

  • photo

  • contact groups

  • spouse

  • ownerships

  • tenancies

  • listings they have enquired, inspected or offered on

Tap the notification to view the contact in the main Eagle CRM app, or tap one of the buttons to make an action like calling back or logging a call.
