Caller ID allows you to sync contacts from your Eagle database so you can create a friendly and professional experience by answering callers by name.
How to setup Caller ID
You must have the Eagle CRM app installed on your phone
In the app’s side menu go to settings then select EagleCallerID
Enable the required permissions using the following steps (view animation of steps here)
Contacts will be synced with your phone automatically. If ever you suspect that Caller ID is not working properly press the ‘Sync Now’ button at the bottom of the screen.
How Caller ID works
When you receive a call from a contact in your database, Caller ID will show the contact's first and last name on the incoming call screen.
