How to Set Up Caller ID

  1. Install the Eagle CRM app on your phone.

  2. In the side menu, navigate to the settings section.

  3. Within the settings, locate and select "EagleCallerID".

  4. Enable the required permissions using the following steps below:

    1. To grant the necessary permissions, tap on "Caller ID: Disabled". This will open your iPhone settings. (Alternatively, you can open the Settings app and then select "Phone").

    2. Scroll down and find "Call Blocking & Identification".

    3. Enable EagleCRM by toggling the switch next to it.

    1. Enable EagleCRM using the toggle to switch it on/make it green

    2. Return to the EagleCRM app to confirm that Caller ID has been successfully enabled.

Your phone's contacts will be synced automatically with the app. If you suspect that the Caller ID feature is not functioning correctly, you can manually sync the contacts by pressing the 'Sync Now' button located at the bottom of the screen.

How Caller ID works

When a call is received from a contact in your database, the Caller ID feature will display the contact's first and last name on the incoming call screen.
