The Eagle and Property Tree integration gives clients the ability to upload rental listings to external portals and utilise the Leasing module in Eagle to assist with booking inspections, managing enquiries and application management including reference checking.

How is the integration enabled
You will firstly need to enable the Eagle integration in your Property Tree account. Once enabled, an automatic email will be sent from Property Tree to Eagle support.
Eagle support will connect the Property Tree account with the relevant Eagle CRM account and the integration will be successfully enabled.
What information is sent from Property Tree to Eagle
When a property is available for lease in Property Tree (vacating or vacated status), the following information will be sent to Eagle and a draft listing will be created.
Property address
Property type
Bedrooms
Bathrooms
Car spaces
Advertised rent amount
Note. If a listing already exists in Eagle with an exact address match, a new property will not be created, the property ID from Property Tree will be added so it will sync back to the correct address in Property Tree.
What information is sent from Eagle to Property Tree
Once a tenant has been found and added to the listing in Eagle, the tenancy information will sync back to Property Tree and a new tenancy will be created.
