Due to a large portion of email clients not supporting videos embedded in emails, you are not able to add a video directly into the body of your email from your Eagle account. If you still want to add a video, the best way to do this would be to use a image thumbnail of your video and hyperlink it to the video URL.

How to add an video in the Fast and Easy template

  1. Get a the thumbnail of the video you are wanting to add (or just screenshot it and save as an image) and copy the videos URL link.

  2. Insert the video image into the content of your email. If you would like instructions on how to do this, please click here.

  3. Once you have inserted the image, highlight the image and then click the 'insert link' button.

  4.  From here, paste the video URL link into the URL section and then press 'Ok'

When your recipient receives your email and clicks on the video image to begin play they will be redirect to the video URL link you have added.
