We all love saving a bit of time and at Eagle Software that's a mantra we take seriously. So here is another helpful tool that can save you clicks and shave some time off the sales process - all while keeping your office communications consistent.
Within the Contracts section of the CRM these letters can be generated from each individual contract.
Simply select the contract we wish to generate the letters for and then down the right hand side of our screen.
Default letters are a great way to set which Letter Templates should be used for the following:
Sales advice (Vendors solicitor)
Sales advice (Purchasers solicitor)
Account Sale (Vendor)
Account Sale (Vendors solicitor)
Set your agencies default letters
To set the default letter templates to be used as your default letters first of all go to Settings then select Letters down the left hand menu.
Once the page loads, select the Default Letters tab, from there you can select from each respective drop down which letter you would like to set as each default.
After you have made your selections (as per the below example) select Save.
